It Has Been Repair.... Thank you so much....

Today I am very happy causes my car has been repair and it look like brand new.... Seriously very happy... hahahaha.... Can sing back oredi... hahahaha... Today Occupancy a bit low... so not so busy... still got time to do early blogging hahahahaha... Hope tomorrow will be like today... HAPPY WORKING

Being the good person...

Today there is a guests left her BB in her room. After accept the call from my room attendant. I immedietly call the taxi driver. The taxi driver told me that he cannot turn back causes if he turn back they cannot make it airport in time. I immedietly when to the room attendant and took the phone from the room attendant and run back to my quarters to took my car. On the way i am very worry because i am scare that i will miss the place and cannot find the taxi. After a 20min drive i finally saw the taxi I am so happy when I full over i did not saw there is a lorry packing there and I hit my side mirror. When I pass to the phone to the guests. The guests was in tear and thank me for the phone and she tell me that you don't no how important the phone is to me. All my information and document is in my phone. I am so please and feel so comfortable when i hear what the guests say. I tell myself I have "WOW" my guests. they guests feel so sorry about my car and say she will pay for the side mirror. I told her that is fine, she insist me to give me her name card than I pass her my name card. On the way back I feel so sad and depress regarding my car causes I love my car so much. When I reach office i saw my maintainance team, Thank god they are good hearted person and the help me so much for the car. In the end i called2 of my best friend and told them regarding my issue and i feel so relief after telling them. THAnk YOU SO MUCH... However I did received e-mail from the guests saying thank you to me. No matter what happen as long as the guests is happy I am happy tooo.... hahahah

Still in a very sad mood

I really don't know what had happen to me, everything i do is all wrong, really not in a right track and everything doesn't go smoothly. However today room side consider safe so far. I am very happy to see my team have great team work and they having such a great attitude. NEVER SAY NO TO THEIR BOSS.... Love them so much... However after talking to my god sister and 2 of my best friend. i feel so much better regarding this few days problem. Such a relief. Thank you so much. Now i have feel so much better.

Causes I have a bad day

Today is really a bad day for me. Totally feel the pressure as a manager now. For such a long time that i did not feel this feeling since i left RCKL. The pressure is on and i am now really learn and growing to became a better leader. well everyone have their high and lows, and now is now low time. Well just had to accept it. and no return anymore. The slipper stock still have not arrive to my place and i really need to have it. How i wish i did this action earlier rather than now waiting to die. I am not that kind of person wait until last minute to suffer. I am a person who is always ready for WAR. What happen to me!!!! PLEASE WAKE UP.... U are not dreaming any more. Need to grow up and be more hard working and get more serious in my job. No more game or sitting in the office playing board game. Do your "BEST". Don't just sit there. you will never be successful if u r doing nothing. WAKE UP!!!!! I will be a new leader tomorrow.

I hope NO, I TRUST Tomorrow will be a FANTASTIC DAY for me. Positive energy.
